Item arrived broken. Returned item to Sears store and received credit for item but did not received a credit for the shipping charge. I thought I should have received the shipping charges back as well. It was not my fault that that packaged the product poorly and UPS drop kicked it around as UPS usually does.

Sears was not the problem. The product is a somewhat hazardous substance which arrived in a plastic bag with NO lable whatsoever, not even to indicate a level or hazard. It is impossible to open without spreading it everywhere as there is no provision to do so and it is full to bursting and will scatter everywhere when punctured in any fashion. So I am out $7 plus $7 shipping and they want me to pay $7 more shipping to return the item. I will never shop online again, this is why I had not shopped online previously, the monitor doesnot show what is shipped. They are, however, shipping me a lable but I still can't open the bag without a huge mess.
I am still learing to order things online. I think it is fairly easy but the page is very "busy" at the end there were two places to "place order" or the same page, too confusing for me.

Don't know if it works to or satisfaction yet. Haven't used it yet. Don't recal getting an email regarding shipping info.
When I ordered more than one product from different vendors it was very confusing to have to enter in addresses for shipping.

Ordering and tracking from the Sears website was good. However, item was delivered to a Sears store for pickup and the service there was poor. There was no contact from the store that the item had arrived, but I went to pick it up anyway 5 days after UPS tracker said it was at the store. The customer pickup area had at least 6 Sears employees present, and all of them were doing something besides working.
It was an easy site to navigate.

very good experience. i would recommend sears to friends and i would use online services again.
i felt the site was pretty good but could have shown product in more detail as well as making shipping cost known from start.

I ordered a personal blender online, ship to store, but received no email notice from Hanover Sears that my order had been filled and was waiting for me. I called Sears Corporate and they told me they saw that the order had been placed, paid with my pay pal account, and that it was ready for pick-up. I am traveling out of the country, and I was waiting for this item to arrive for pick up before I left. I am highly disappointed I received no notice of said item being ready for pick-up when it was.

I was not happy with this shopping experience. I ordered a bench and they shipped a red folding chair. I had to re-order the correct item. I asked to use the same charge from the first order. They said no. SO now I have two charges outstanding. They sent me a label for me to bring the item to UPS. UPS is not near my home. There is s Sear's store so I took it there. I still had to waste my time and gas. They credited my account. However, they did not calculate the amount correctly and I was shortchanged. It was only a few dollars, but it should have been to the penny. I am still awaiting delivery of the re-order. This has been a very inconvenient experience.
